Our Returns Policy

  • Return Time Frame: We offer in-store exchange or returns for change of mind within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we provide store credit only. For online orders, the 7-day period begins from the delivery date.

  • In-Store Returns: Customers can bring their items in-store with their receipt for immediate processing. Refunds are processed to the original payment method for card purchases.

  • Item Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging and any accessories must be included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.

  • Online Returns: Customers must contact us by email or phone before returning online orders. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation. Items will be inspected upon receipt before refunds are processed. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing after we receive your returned item.

  • Faulty Items: We offer returns or exchanges for faulty items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item so we can arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

  • Store Credit Terms: Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date and can be used for any in-store or online purchase.

  • Exclusions: We do not offer returns on made-to-order items, sale/clearance items, or gift cards. All sales on these items are final.
