Shipping policy

1. Order Processing

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

2. Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We offer the following shipping options within Australia:

Standard Shipping – Estimated 3–7 business days
Express Shipping – Estimated 1–3 business days
Free Standard Shipping on orders over $500 within Australia only

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances outside our control.

3. International Shipping

We ship to selected countries worldwide. International delivery timeframes are typically 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. Please note:

Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

4. Packaging

Every order is thoughtfully packaged to reflect the quality of our pieces.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through our carrier's website.

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

7. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at contact.tengdahl@gmail.com or please ring our Boutique on 07 3210 0263. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
