Refund policy
We offer in-store exchange or store credit for change of mind within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. For online orders, the 7-day period begins from the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags attached. Original packaging and any accessories must be included. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all exchanges and credits.
For online exchanges, customers must contact us by email or phone before exchanging online orders. We will provide return instructions and a return authorisation. Items will be inspected upon receipt before exchanges are processed or a store credit is applied. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty. Please allow 5-7 business days for exchange processing after we receive your returned item.
We offer refunds or exchanges for faulty items within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us immediately if you receive a faulty item so we can arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.
Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue date and can be used for any in-store or online purchase.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on made-to-order items, sale/clearance items, or gift cards. All sales on these items are final.
