Where standard mail is selected, most items are received within 3 working days.

Where express post is required, items are dispatched within 24 hours and received within 48 hours in most areas in Australia. Please call the store should you wish to choose Express Post.

International post can take between 7-14 days.

You will receive an email from us to let you know when your item has been dispatched, and you will be provided with a tracking number. To keep updated on the progress of your shipment, please visit the applicable shipping provider's website (this can be found in your shipping confirmation email or if you have deleted it, please log into your Tengdahl account, click on your order and review your Packaging Slip).
