For 40 years, Tengdahl has been designing and creating quality women's fashion in our Brisbane atelier. We're a small, close-knit team who believe that what we make should be made well, made locally, and made to last.​ Working here means being part of something intentional - slow fashion that prioritizes quality over trends, customer relationships over transactions, and craftsmanship over speed. As a small business, you'll see how everything works, from design to production to the moment a piece finds its home with the right person.

You'll work alongside our team, with a collective four decades in the industry. You'll learn about natural fabrics, quality construction, and what it actually means to create pieces designed to last years, not seasons. You'll be part of a team that genuinely cares about helping women find pieces that work for their lives, not just making a sale.

Our Brisbane Arcade boutique is where connection happens; helping clients discover their perfect piece, styling outfits that make them feel confident, answering questions about why Grade A cashmere matters or how linen ages beautifully. Every day looks a bit different, but it's always grounded in quality, care, and genuine service.
